Please join The Laughing Dragon Academy of Internal Martial Arts as we celebrate World Taijiquan and Qigong Day with other groups from the Hampton Roads area!

Participants should arrive no later than 9:30 am to check in with their group leader.  The wave begins promptly at 10:00 am and lasts for about 15 minutes.  Demonstrations and potluck lunch follow afterwards.  This event is free and open to the public (bring your own lawn chair!).

Please note that the normal Saturday morning Taijiquan class at the Virginia Martial Arts Center will be cancelled due to the event!
