Please join us for the 2018 World Taiji and Qigong Day.  Beginning in New Zealand, this annual event spreads time zone by time zone across the globe through 60 countries across 6 continents.  Come and be part of the wave!

Participants should arrive no later than 9:30 am to check in with their school leader.  The wave begins promptly at 10:00 am and lasts about 15 minutes.  Demonstrations and potluck lunch follow afterwards.  The public is invited to watch (bring your own lawn chair!).

Please note that the normal Saturday morning Taiji class at the Virginia Martial Arts Center will be cancelled due to the event!
