This not a competition so check your egos at the door.
As in the past, I will provide bottled water and or juice. If you wish you can bring some sort of snack to share, but please remember, if you bring something, please be prepared to take any leftovers back home with you.
We are excited to announce that Master James Sumarac, along with his lovely wife Shou Mei, will be visiting the United States in September. Master Sumarac is adopted brother and direct student to Chen Yun Ching, son of Chen Pan Ling and heir to the Chen Pan Ling unique and Traditional system of Chinese Internal Boxing. He has over 40 years of experience in the martial and healing arts.
Master Sumarac will be offering a week long seminar from September 15th – 19th that includes Tai Chi Chuan, Hsing I Chuan, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), as well as other topics. The seminar will be held at Virginia Martial Arts Center in Chesapeake, VA or – if we are blessed with good weather – at scenic outdoor locations nearby.

“Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but we rather have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.” ~ Aristotle
